Laura is the patient’s primary health care touchpoint where he can ask health questions through an NLP platform, he can tell about his symptoms in a virtual triage where the platform uses Artificial Intelligence to understand the case and based on the severity of the reported risks, the patient can be connected to the best healthcare professional through message (whatsapp/sms...) or video. After the consultation, our virtual nurse makes a follow up and if she detects any anomaly she connects to a doctor or nurse if necessary.
